My NHS client is looking for a band 6 Community Physiotherapist with previous experience within the NHS working 3 days a week. This role is to provide physiotherapy to adults in their relevant community setting, with assistants to deliver care. You will work in liaison with carers, health visitors, therapy and nursing staff.
