Their menu offers a variety of massage treatments, from the classics of relaxing and sports massage, to customised treatments, designed with the needs of our guests in mind.

JOB TITLE: FREELANCE MOBILE THERAPIST
JOB PURPOSE SUMMARY: To provide professional, high quality mobile services to customers and partners.
PACKAGE:

- Bookings and diary management (so you only have to think about the essentials)

GUIDANCE:
- Legal requirements to work as a freelancer in France
- Self employment French and English regimes
- Social security contributions and the A1 process
- Work permit and visa requirements (UK applicants)
- Professional therapist insurance that covers you to work in France
- Car practicalities (insurance, driving license, snow tyres, etc.)
- The French law and massage
- Finding accommodation
WHAT YOU WILL NEED TO PROVIDE:
- Professional qualifications in massage, beauty, or a physio degree
- Self employment status
- Right to work in France
- Therapy insurance
- Car and driving licence
- Massage equipment
- A great attitude and willingness to work and play hard
TERM: Temporary: 30 November 2026 25 April 2027
ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Complete online training modules
- Attend practical training
- Resort Set up
- Assist your resort team with resort set up
- Meet tour operator teams and distribute publicity packs
- Offer and arrange taster sessions for our clients' partners i.e. chalet staff
- Familiarise yourself with your resort(s)
DAY TO DAY
- Travel to and from appointments
- Conduct professional treatments
- Consultation
- Treatment
- Aftercare advice
- Payment
- Keep treatment rooms tidy and clean
- Attend a monthly team meeting
- Submit a monthly invoice
- Attend weekly chalet company meet and greets to promote the company
- Monitor and top up in resort our clients' promotional material i.e local tourist information centres, bars, restaurants, shops, chalets, hotels
The division of appointments between deep tissue / sports and relaxing massage varies but it is important to enjoy both as they are equally in demand in a ski resort.
If you are a qualified physiotherapist please note that due to the high demand for massage, you need to be interested and willing to attend massage appointments.
This is a physical job and environment a love of being active and the outdoors is essential.
