Our client in London is looking for an MSK Physiotherapist
An exciting opportunity awaits a skilled and motivated Senior Physiotherapist to join our clients' dynamic team . In this specialist role, you will manage a varied caseload of musculoskeletal patients, using your clinical expertise to provide advanced, evidence-based care. Working autonomously, you will play a key role in assessing and treating patients with a wide range of conditions, helping them achieve long-term health outcomes.
As a senior team member, you will lead and influence the development of their physiotherapy services, ensuring the highest standards of practice are maintained. You will drive service improvements, implement innovative treatment approaches, and work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to deliver exceptional patient care.

Job Requirements
Essential Criteria:
- BSc in Physiotherapy.
- Health Care Professional Council (HCPC) registration.
- Evidence of portfolio demonstrating post-graduate continued professional development.
- Postgraduate training or development in management and leadership skills.
- Membership of special interest groups (e.g. ACPSM)
- Knowledge/understanding of private practice healthcare.
- At least 3 years of private practice experience (or Band 7/8 NHS experience) with a strong interest in MSK and sports physiotherapy.
- Strong communication skills and clinical ethos
- A proven track record of maintaining a caseload and proactive CPD
Desirable Criteria:
- Masters in Physiotherapy or relevant qualification.
- Further involvement in special interest groups
Experience
Essential Criteria:
- Extensive experience in post qualification with evidenced experience at a senior level within MSK speciality.
- Experience in managing patients with complex physical and psychological presentations.
- Experience of supervising junior and senior members of qualified staff.
- Involvement in clinical audit/research/policy implementation.
- Experience of incident investigation and implementation of change of practice as a result.
- Evaluation of clinical practice including participation in research/audit/service evaluation and quality improvement projects.
Desirable Criteria:
- Experience at a band 8a or equivalent.
- Experience in leading a service/team.
- Experience working in private practice in London, with strong referral network.

Essential Criteria:
- Expert clinical reasoning skills in the appropriate application of a range of techniques and approaches to the management of the relevant clinical area.
- Specialist knowledge and application of best evidence-based practice in the MSK field and application of therapy assessment and interventions.
- Ability to communicate effectively and flexibly, and to adapt communication style to the needs of patients and staff.
- Knowledge of recent developments in the profession.
- Skills in critical analysis and the application of research to practice.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent time management, organisational and prioritisation skills.
- Exceptional ability to poly-tasks and at times work in unpredictable working pattern.
