This is a social care community role based in the West Midlands for a duration of 3 months. This role offered a high pay rate of £31p/h ( umbrella ) and you will need your own vehicle. 2 years post graduate experience is required due to the complexity of the teams caseload. You will work across all pathways of intermediate care, rapid response and rehab beds.
