Job Purpose/Scope:
The position is to align the UK and Ireland strategy with the "NeuroChannel" initiative as defined by our clients' headquarters. Specifically to support NHS and private neuro rehabilitation centers in the provision of our clients' clinical solutions for patient rehabilitation, with focus on C-brace, Functional Electrical Stimulation and Exopulse.

Key Duties & Objectives:
Clinical:
Develop and establish relationship with all specialist rehabilitation centers in the UK and Ireland. This includes UK Spinal Cord private rehabilitation facilities as well as NHS Centres
Develop strategies to integrate our clients' clinical solutions into existing care pathways, ensuring timely intervention.
Supporting the MDT with identifying suitable patients for inclusion in care pathways that could be supported by our client .
To work the academy Orthotists in assessing, fitting and supplying our products.
To support the MDT with clinical outcomes required to validate the benefits of our product solutions in the rehabilitation process.
To instruct the patient on the donning and doffing of orthoses and explain the patient's course of treatment.
To liaise with other clinicians as necessary for the ongoing treatment of patients.

Administrative:
To complete all associated paperwork and job sheets, accurately, legibly and promptly and enter relevant details on any computer system in use.
To complete all customer visit reports on Salesforce by close of the following working day.
To maintain patient confidentiality and adhere to the Data Protection Act by ensuring patient records are always kept secure.
To undertake a risk assessment where necessary in accordance with local risk assessment protocols. To date orders and requests for patient appointments in line with local supply protocols.

Service, Staff and Professional Development:
To lead in identifying areas that require auditing and work with other members of the team to ensure that the requirements of evidence based practice and other clinical governance issues are being met.
To adhere to working practices which meet the standards promoted by the profession, the company and the requirements of the contract.
To identify and provide feedback to your Line Manager as to where improvements can be made.
To lecture/present to P&O students and other healthcare professionals on the professional requirements of the job role, products and techniques.
To participate and provide evidence of commitment to continual professional development in line with HCPC regulations.

Sales/ Academy Role
To provide product overviews and demonstrations, with or without the use of patients, as appropriate. To provide casting demonstrations using current accepted client techniques.
To work one-to-one or in a group to provide support with the specific prescription or fitting of individual patients upon request.
To assist with and partake in research and development projects where needed. To effectively use the CRM (Customer Relationship Management) system.
To work with the Patient Care in the UK and Ireland to promote best practice and use of client products.
To promote the clients 'product range, its quality and depth; and to ensure that correct use is maintained at all times.

Other:
To participate in delivering NHS or local key performance indicators. To be aware of budgetary restraints and practice accordingly.
To proactively support the company by ordering clients' bespoke and stock products where clinically appropriate and financially expedient. .
To act as ambassador for the Company promoting its service and ethos. To cover clinics for sickness/holidays where possible.
To complete other duties of a similar nature that the company reasonably requests to be performed that are within the expertise and skills of the jobholder.
To carry out any other duties reasonably falling within the purview of the post.

This is a hybrid role - home based /mettings virtually /face to face
*Product specific training will be provided in the UK and Austria/ Germany.
*Driving license is essential. A company vehicle will be provided which would be electric (useful for tax purposes). Home charging and EV charge card provided so this would be a perk. Home EV charging would be installed at company expense.
*Bonus of 10% additional to basic salary would be provided.
