JustPhysio are looking to recruit a band 6 Community Physiotherapist for a locum position with our client in London.

The pay for this position is £22 - £26 per hour, and we are looking for someone who can start as soon as possible for an on - going duration.

It is essential for applicants to have a minimum of 1-year post-graduate experience, right to work in the UK and HCPC registration.

Job Description:
The post holder will act as an experienced physiotherapist, helping to develop integrated health care teams in the community with in a Multi-Disciplinary Team (MDT). The post holder will provide high quality physiotherapy interventions to a range of patients from different community settings such as: frailty, rapid response / admission avoidance, intermediate care, falls prevention through to preventative action and support for self-management of long term conditions. The caseload will include advanced assessment and treatment of patients, provision of individual and group education and treatment, provision of assistive devices (e.g. orthotics) and equipment as well as liaising with others services and agencies.
