It is essential that Candidates must have HCPC registration and CSP membership and have at-least 2 years of MSK experience. Candidates must have the legal right to work in the UK, sponsorship cannot be provided for this role.
Job Overview
Our client is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Physiotherapist to join their large and experienced physio team. The successful candidate will be responsible for assessing, planning, and implementing personalised treatment programmes to improve patients' outcome and overall well-being. This role offers an excellent opportunity for you to work and be part of a dynamic environment, providing predominantly MSK physio but also Women's Health, Neuro, Vestibular/TMJ and Chronic pain speciality's, all under one roof. The Physiotherapist will play a key role in helping patients recover from injuries, surgeries, or any MSK conditions.
Duties
Conduct comprehensive assessments of patients' physical conditions using clinical evaluation methods.
Develop customised treatment plans based on individual needs, medical history, and physiological considerations.
Implement therapeutic exercises, manual therapy, and other modalities to enhance mobility and reduce pain.
Monitor patient progress regularly and adjust treatment programmes accordingly to optimise recovery outcomes.
Educate patients and their families on injury prevention, posture correction, and home-based exercises.
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams including doctors, and other healthcare professionals to ensure holistic patient care.
Maintain accurate and detailed documentation of all patient interactions, treatments administered, and progress notes in compliance with healthcare regulations.
Stay updated with the latest advancements in physiotherapy techniques and evidence-based practices through continuous professional development.
Requirements
At-least 2 years of proven experience working within a hospital MSK outpatients department or MSK private clinic setting.
Specialisation or experience in MSK is essential.
Strong knowledge of human physiology, anatomy, and medical terminology relevant to physiotherapy practice.
Excellent patient care skills with a compassionate approach towards diverse patient groups.
Relevant qualifications in physiotherapy recognised by the appropriate professional body.
Ability to communicate effectively with patients of all ages and backgrounds.
Organised with the ability to manage multiple cases simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
Commitment to ongoing professional development and adherence to healthcare standards and regulations.
