JustPhysio are looking for a HCPC registered Band 6/7 Community Adults Physiotherapist based in Birmingham, to start ASAP for an ongoing position.
This is a full time position working 37.5 hours per week.

The successful candidate must have two years post grad experience, with at least 1 year in the NHS. Previous experience in a fast-paced, community setting is essential.

Pay: £21 - £24 p/h (UMBRELLA)

List of duties:
*The post holder will act as an experienced practitioner for Physiotherapy within the Adults and Community Division.
*The post holder will ensure access to urgent and routine Physiotherapy assessment and intervention provide and monitor treatment programmes at home and ensure safe discharge or referral on to other services as appropriate. They will work in partnership with patients, carers and other health and social care agencies to promote independence and develop individual plans of care relevant to patient need.
*The post holder will be expected to work jointly with other disciplines.
*CAR DRIVER ESSENTIAL.
