Fulltime- 37.5 hours per week
Salary - £23,000-£29,000 DOE

Our client requires a Band 6 Physiotherapist with Rehab/Intermediate Care experience to work in a 26 bed intermediate care facility .

Duties will include:
* Admission assessment and supported discharge
* Rehabilitation
* Assessment of client progress
* Admission prevention to
* Supporting clients and family members with advice and return to home / facility

Skills and experience needed:

* Relevant degree/qualifications
* HCPC registration
* Excellent communication and organization skills
