Registered Manager Job Kent Salary £25-35K+ Dependant on experience Based in a picturesque part of Kent, this job is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Registered Manager to join a well presented and established care home provider.

Located close to the coast, with easy travel links to central Kent and London, the home is seeking an experienced and motivated Registered Manager with previous experience of working within a dementia setting.

As the Registered Manager you will work 40 hours per week, including participation when needed, in the weekend and on call rota. The role will involve the overall management, accountability and responsibility of approximately 55 full time / part time employees and 71 residents. As the Registered Manager you will ensure that the care provided to each service user is of the high quality, ensuring that each staff member is provided with regular supervision, support and training and take responsible for all aspects of the day to day management and development of the home and its services.

To be considered for this job you will have previous experience within a management or supervisory position (preferably within a dementia care setting), have the ability to coach, mentor and deliver effective training to staff and possess knowledge of ageing/illness disabilities and its effect on the individual/families and their carer.
