Locum Band 6 Older Adults Physiotherapist Surrey

JustPhysio is currently recruiting for an experienced Band 6 Physiotherapist to join a dedicated Older Adults team in Surrey. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated physiotherapist looking to make a real difference to the lives of older patients while working within a supportive multidisciplinary team.

The Role

As a Band 6 Older Adults Physiotherapist, you will assess, treat, and manage a varied caseload of older adults with a range of complex physical and mobility needs. You will play a key role in promoting independence, preventing deconditioning, and supporting safe discharge planning.

The successful candidate will have:

• HCPC registration as a Physiotherapist
• Previous NHS experience at Band 6 level or equivalent
• Recent experience working with older adults or within a frailty, rehabilitation, or intermediate care setting
• Strong assessment, treatment planning, and rehabilitation skills
• Excellent communication and multidisciplinary team working abilities
• The ability to work independently and manage a varied caseload
