JustPhysio are looking to recruit a band 6 Community Physiotherapist for a locum position with our client in Wiltshire.

The pay for this position is £20 - £23 per hour, and we are looking for someone who can start as soon as possible for an on - going duration.

It is essential for applicants to have a minimum of 1-year post-graduate experience, right to work in the UK and HCPC registration.

Job Description:
We are seeking experienced Physiotherapists to join our Reablement service.

About the Service:
Our Reablement service is a short-term, therapist-led intervention designed to prevent, reduce, or delay the need for ongoing care and support.
The service supports individuals to regain independence through:
- Assessment and tailored treatment planning
- Provision of equipment and home adaptations
- Targeted support from a dedicated team of Reablement Support Workers
- Empowering individuals to utilise community and personal resources

Role Overview:
Physiotherapists will work with a diverse caseload, including:
- Neurological conditions (e.g., stroke, Parkinson's)
- Musculoskeletal issues (e.g., arthritis, fractures)
- Post-hospital discharge rehabilitation

They will:
- Conduct assessments and develop personalised treatment plans
- Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams
- Communicate complex clinical information clearly and compassionately
- Support safeguarding and uphold high standards of care Key

Candidate Requirements
- Degree in Physiotherapy (SCQF Level 9 or equivalent)
- HCPC registration
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience with complex cases and challenging situations
- Ability to supervise and support others
- Empathy and professionalism in emotionally sensitive contexts
