Our client is looking for a Physiotherapist to work across Mid Sussex, Lewes and Brighton.

Band 6 Physiotherapist
MSK/Elderly
2 days a week
Salary £35k-£40k pro rata dependent on experience
CAR ESSENTIAL

About the role:
* Planning, implementing and managing patients' Physiotherapy programmes in their own home setting.
* Reviewing patients' medical history / referrals / notes from Surgeons, Doctors and other healthcare workers.
* Administering Physiotherapy treatments to relieve pain and improve patient's function and quality of life.
* Developing a personalised treatment plan for patients and setting appropriate SMART goals.
* Digitally recording all patient documentation within CSP standards.
* Evaluating patient's progress, modifying their treatment plans and adapting treatment as necessary.
* Regular peer sessions to discuss complex patients.
* Own transport required - mileage rate is added above a 10 mile radius.

About You:
* HCPC / CSP registered
* Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
* Excellent time management skills.
* In-depth knowledge of physiotherapy treatment practices.
* Flexible to work to varying levels of need.
* Experience of working with older people with a range of comorbidities preferable.
