Clinic Manager & Senior Physiotherapist

Job Purpose
Leading the clinical site or sites under your responsibility, ensuring excellence in relation to clinical standards, while also delivering operational performance that meets agreed goals in line with the annual business plan. The role forms part of the Clinical Leadership Team fostering effective communication and embedding the company's values and vision across the clinic. This is achieved through consistent engagement and group mentoring sessions with each of the clinical team members. You will be accountable to the Operations Manager, actively overseeing the clinical mentoring program across your site(s), while also fulfilling your duties as a key clinical team member.

Key Tasks, Responsibilities and Accountabilities
Operates and delivers the role in line with the 'One Team' ethos
Brings energy and passion to the broader team through regular daily contact with each team member
Manages monthly and quarterly delivery against performance targets for relevant site or sites
Regular reporting and accountability meetings, typically weekly with the Operations Manager
Resolves issues effectively and in line with existing business values
Demonstrates effective mentoring skills and keeps up to date with relevant CPD in line with the company vision and strategy
Demonstrates a relentless obsession with values alignment, focus, simplicity, and clarity
Collaborates effectively with the Clinical Director and Operations Manager and seeks to stay on the same page with all clinical and operational priorities and initiatives
Maintains a high level of mutual respect with other Clinic Managers, and their own team members and behaves in a credible and consistent manner
Confident communicator (written, face-to-face, phone and internal and external social media)
Ensures that all key messages are properly and consistently cascaded across the organisation, inherently can promote that everyone is in the know
Follows proven frameworks and methods used in the business
In order to set appropriate example as a Clinic Manager, completes their own clinical duties to a very high standard
Executes the patient management structure "Waterfall" to ensure our team ethos is being carried out as an example of excellent clinical practice for the wider team
Where applicable the Clinic Manager is responsible for onboarding new clinics / staff and in particular:
o Ensuring PB clinical pathway is embedded in a new clinic culture
o Working with new team members on those sites to ensure a smooth transition into the PB way
Working with the marketing and on-site team conducting regular internal and external engagement initiatives across the business and as per the events planner (such as outreach events for example)
Supports the execution of the wider business plan and mentoring programme to drive the optimum results for PB individuals, the teams and wider business
Holds self accountable for achieving agreed-upon personal commitments and KPIs
Role model for the cultural values; always working towards the greater good of the business
Responsible for overseeing and managing their team's journey in line with agreed responsibilities as a mentor and leader
Assumes non-clinical responsibilities and delegates tasks appropriately, providing support where needed, ensuring tasks are completed to a high standard and helping to upskill members of the team.

To assist you in achieving these goals the company will provide the following for you:
1. 3 Monthly Strategy meetings with the Operations Manager to guide you
2. Weekly Clinic Managers' meetings to support you
3. Additional support through Rocket Fuel (training resource) and daily CPD training on specialist areas
There will be a performance review with your Manager every 3 months in your Strategy meeting, your Job Description may also be simultaneously revised where relevant and you may be assigned with different Key Performance Indicators (KPI's) / goals and responsibilities appropriate to any revised responsibilities.
