Physiotherapy service to include: MSK, Womens Health, Pilates. Experience in Women Health/Polates is not essential but you must have an interest in this as the client is happy to train with a view to obtain the POGT certficate within 12 months

Our client would be willing to support the right candidate (50% funding) towards getting their Pelvic Obstetrics and Gynaecology Physiotherapy (POGP) certificates and also Mummy MOT Practitioner certification .
This is a great opportunity to develop/train as a specialist pelvic health/women's health and men's health physiotherapist . You would also receive 1:1 training .

They can offer a senior pelvic health physiotherapist space, equipment and resources to expand their practice and are equally happy to support a more junior physiotherapist in their career development.
Their ideal candidate would have:
* Attendance at women's health training with POGP (or similar) and 1+ years' experience in women's health physiotherapy (or willingness to work towards);
* Good MSK experience
* Registration with HCPC and CSP;
* Car owner/ driver is essential as they are in a beautiful rural location.
* They are looking for an enthusiastic, self-motivated physiotherapist who enjoys working with a small team and providing clinical excellence to patients of all ages. They are a friendly, established, and successful private practice, well renowned for quality and expertise in MSK and Pelvic Health.

They believe in continuous learning through tuition, mentorship, and self-development. An interest in pelvic health is essential, and all training needs will be supported.
You could relocate to the beautiful location with easy access to the coast and beaches and only 55 minutes to London .
Opened in 2000, their well-equipped, purpose-built clinic is set on a working farm in a beautiful rural location in Kent.
Applicants must live in the UK and be fully eligible to work here. No Visa Sponsorship is available.
You will work alongside our Physio , who has over 35 years of experience. Our Physio provides clinical education to physiotherapists, nurses, doctors and student midwives and will provide full training and mentorship for the right candidate.
As a Pelvic Health/ Musculoskeletal (MSK) Physiotherapist, you will be required to
* Undertake assessment, clinical diagnosis, and treatment of a broad range of MSK and Pelvic Health patients, providing an effective, high-quality service to enable them to be the best they can be.
* Support continuous improvement at the clinic, undertaking evidence-based projects, monitoring standards of practice and recommending changes in practice
professional and clinical leadership in developing and implementing personal development for all team members.
* Complete audit program, applying relevant findings to practice.
* Deliver Pelvic Health Physiotherapy, Mummy MOTs and Pilates 1:1 as required.
* Work autonomously with regard to assessment, diagnosis and subsequent intervention in clinical cases for patients with continence and associated musculoskeletal conditions, demonstrating advanced clinical reasoning skills.
* Take responsibility for own clinical standards, ensuring the appropriate use of outcome measures and evidence-based practice.
* Ensuring confidentiality at all times and ensuring sensitivity to the audience's level of understanding and prior knowledge.
* Responsible for keeping accurate and timely written and electronic patient records and statistical information, adhering to standards set by the clinic and your professional body.
* Provide specialist advice and liaison with the multidisciplinary team (MDT), including consultants, GPs, physiotherapists, nurses and other agencies as appropriate to ensure a coordinated approach to patient care.
* Provide advice, education, and treatment with empathy to patients with complex and sensitive problems.
* Participate in the planning of long-term strategic plans to develop the clinic.
