JustPhysio are looking to recruit a band 6 Community Complex Needs Physiotherapist for a locum position with our client in Norfolk.

The pay for this position is £21- £24 per hour, and we are looking for someone who can start as soon as possible for an ongoing duration.

* To deliver a physiotherapy service within a satellite base, but also with scope to work within a hospital setting when departmental/Trust demands require it, working without direct supervision. This includes working with patients who have a range of complex needs, e.g.:

- Multiple trauma/elective surgery
- Palliative/end-of-life conditions
- Varying dependency through limitations in mobility/transfers/function
- Impaired perception and communication skills, e.g. stroke, head injury
- Mental health problems, e.g. dementia
- Frailty

* Clinical/professional supervision takes the form of direct observation of practice or formal training/clinical reasoning sessions (at least monthly). Advice and support are always available

* To assess and treat own caseload of patients, who may have complex presentations, and maintain own records as an autonomous practitioner, prioritising own workload alongside the demands of the team

* To provide a reablement and rehabilitation approach to patients within the community setting

* To assist with teaching and supervision of new team members and students. Also deliver training to multidisciplinary team and lead on service development projects within the field of work

It is essential for applicants to have a minimum of 1-year post-graduate experience, right to work in the UK and HCPC registration.
