Our client based in SW London are looking for a band 6/7 Physiotherapist to work in an MSK position

Our client was founded in 2012 with the aim to fill the growing demand for people to be treated at home due to their immobility following injury or surgery. Since then, they have helped their Patients back on the road to their recovery. They provide high quality personal care at people's home, care homes and workplaces. Theirr main Office is based in SW London and they primarily cover South West London, but they are always reaching out to people across London.

They are looking for a Band 6/7 Physiotherapist to join their highly skilled, diverse Physiotherapy team with immediate start.

What they are looking for:

-Must have a full, clean UK drivers license
-Must be eligible to work in the UK
-Minimum 2 years physio experience
-Experience working with elderly and neuro patients an advantage
-Rehabilitation or Pilates training an advantage

What they offer :

-Permanent, Full time position (40 hours / week)
-Salary 35,000.00 - 45,000.00 depending on experience + BONUS

Role and Responsibilities:

-Provide expert Physiotherapy assessment, treatment and advice to a diverse range of patients within a domiciliary setting.
-Manage a case load of patients with varying MSK pathologies using evidence based/patient centred principles to assess, plan and implement treatment.
-Work with some patients and their families/carers over a period of weeks or months to identify and treat their physical problem.
-Develop and review treatment programmes together with patients' goals in mind, that encourage exercise and movement by the use of a range of techniques
-Write patient case notes and reports in our online clinical notes, adhering to company procedures and CSP guidelines.
-Educate patients and their carers about how to prevent and/or improve conditions.
-Liaise with other healthcare professionals to exchange information about the background and progress of patients, as well as to refer patients who require other medical attention.
-Manage clinical risk.

Desirable skills:

-Orthopaedic rehabilitation experience
-Experience working with elderly persons
-Acupuncture course completion
-Pilates & Rehabilitation experience
-Experience of using electronic practice management systems
-Confidence with IT systems
