JustPhysio are looking for a HCPC registered Band 6 Community Physiotherapist based in the Buckinghamshire, to start ASAP for an ongoing position.

Pay: £21 - £25 p/h (UMBRELLA)
Position: Community
Start Date: ASAP

Must have experience in working within the community. Must be able to support Community Domiciliary Therapy.

Requirements:
Community
Falls prevention team
Driver/Car
Experience of home assessments and prescribing exercise programmes
Assess & issue mobility aids etc
IT exp. for record keeping / Referrals
