JustPhysio are looking for a HCPC registered Band 6 Community Rehab Physiotherapist based in Somersetto start ASAP for an ongoing position this is a full time role working 37.5 hours per week.

Pay: £21 - £24 p/h

Job Summary: Working as part of a multi-disciplinary community based team. The role involves assessing and providing rehab plans to patients based in the community (own homes, care, nursing homes). Must be able to drive, and have access to a vehicle.
