JustPhysio are looking for a HCPC registered Band 6 Elderly care Physiotherapist based in London. The role is due to start ASAP for an ongoing position

Pay: £24-£27 p/h (UMBRELLA)
Position: Elderly Care
Start Date: ASAL
Working hours: 37.5h p/wk. 8-4pm M-F

Care of the elderly/ admission avoidance and intermediate care based experiences. The role will require them to complete some weekend working and work autonomously most of the time in a community setting. a car driver would be a highly desired.
You will be expected to complete initial holistic therapy assessments and provide acute interventions, ensure patients are safely set-up at home reduce risk of admission, complete care plans and provide patient with exercise programmes, alongside making onwards relevant referrals.
