JustPhysio are looking for a HCPC registered Band 7 Community Outpatient Physiotherapist based in Lancashire, to start ASAP for an ongoing position.
This is a part time position working 2 days a week, 15 hrs

Specific Skills:
Candidate should be able to assess and provide high standards of physiotherapy input to patients in the community.

Candidate should be able to liaise with MDT members in treatment and management care plans and to engage rehab assistants effectively.

Candidates should be able to create, evaluate all care plans implemented and should have a sound knowledge discharge planning and ability to make further referrals in to the community as required.

Candidate should be able to drive and own a car for work purposes.
Pay: £22 - £26 p/h (UMBRELLA)
