Our client in Kent is looking for an experienced Physiotherapist to join their team.
You will be required -


To respond to the growth of orthopaedic services within the hospital , to provide seamless care and improve efficiency.
To oversee the orthopaedic equipment provision of all patients.
To lead the inpatient discharge planning service for more complex patients, liaising with patients, relatives and external care providers and equipment suppliers, to prevent increased length of inpatient stays.
To be the falls lead, completing audits, investigating datixes and delivering training on this subject throughout the wider hospital.
Work autonomously to achieve person centred care.
Assess and treat patients within this speciality and devise therapy plans and treatments according to assessment findings.
To maintain records in accordance with professional standards.
Participate in the development and review of service and professional standards.
Provide advice based on acquired knowledge and skills and use this to improve on patient / client care and to develop others.
Be a champion of patient experience. Through the team reporting into the role, be responsible for the delivery of excellent customer care, ensuring consistently high standards of patient experience, interaction and communication and the delivery of a high standard of patient care.
To be able to contribute to the orthopaedic weekend rota and evening on calls.
