JustPhysio are recruiting for an established NHS provider based in East Kent who require a Physiotherapist for a Band 5 rotation position.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a Band 5 Physiotherapist to step into a rotation role.

There are rotations in A&E/Medicine, Surgery and ITU, Outpatients (MSK and rehab/neuro services), Elderly care, Stroke and Trauma & Orthopaedics, as well as some in patient paediatrics. There is close MDT working on all the wards and the therapists are key team members in the rehabilitation of patients and discharge planning.

You must:
*Have the ability to use a range of skills and techniques such as investigative and analytical skills to enable you to perform assessment and treatment of patients who may present with complex and/or chronic problems, as well as recommend best course of intervention and amend plans if required to meet the needs of the patient.
*Be a good team player who is able to work autonomously.
*Participate in, appraisals, supervision and preceptorship.
*Have an advanced understanding of clinical governance and risk management.
*Have a good understanding of National and local standards.

In return, there is regular in-service training provided by both therapies and other MDT members and there is also access to external training to support your personal development and assist in maintaining your CPD.
