You will be qualified senior physiotherapist willing to participate as a full member of the multi-disciplinary team in leading the assessment, planning, implementation and evaluation of individual treatment and rehabilitation plans, using an evidenced based patient centred approach.

To become a Senior Physiotherapist, you will have:
*Proven experience working as a physiotherapist over a number of years; a significant number of which should have been as a senior.
*Managing and leading other therapy professionals.
*Experience of working with a wide range of neurological conditions, as well as people with chronic disability and progressive conditions.
*Evidence of using a wide range of approaches to the management of patients as demonstrated by clinical reasoning.
*A deep understanding of the CSP professional code of conduct and relevant professional guidelines.
*Ability to multitask and to work accurately and effectively under pressure and on own initiative.
*A flexible, dedicated and goal oriented approach to work.
*Personable and good at building and maintaining rapport with a variety of individuals.
