Our client is looking for a Physiotherapist to work across Mid Sussex, Lewes and Brighton.

About the role:

• Planning, implementing and managing patients' Physiotherapy programmes in their own home setting.
• Reviewing patients' medical history / referrals / notes from Surgeons, Doctors and other healthcare workers.
• Administering Physiotherapy treatments to relieve pain and improve patient's function and quality of life.
• Developing a personalised treatment plan for patients and setting appropriate SMART goals.
• Digitally recording all patient documentation within CSP standards.
• Evaluating patient's progress, modifying their treatment plans and adapting treatment as necessary.
• Regular peer sessions to discuss complex patients.
• Own transport required - mileage rate is added above a 10 mile radius.

About You:

• HCPC / CSP registered
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent time management skills.
• In-depth knowledge of physiotherapy treatment practices.
• Flexible to work to varying levels of need.
• Experience of working with older people with a range of comorbidities preferable.
