*4 full-time physios. Rodger Duckworth is Practice Principal and owner, 1 full-time Office Manager plus 4 part-time receptionists to make appointments and offer admin support.

*Full secretarial support

*Own consulting room, fully equipped, modern, clean. Predominantly stay on-site.

*Small gym.

*Established practice, easy going management with strong work ethos. Patient care paramount. Always full diary, no slackers please.

*Town Centre location. Easy walking distance to Railway. Next door to Supermarket,

Contract issues

*Employed position

*Hours, negotiable based on 37.5 hours idealy but potentially can consider job share

*Holidays 21 pro-rata.

*Salary 26K - 35K negotiable based on experience and calculated on 37.5 hours pro-rata

*2 late clinics per week, until 9pm.

*3 morning clinics begin at 7.30am or 8am at latest.

*Distribution of hours may be negotiable within certain limits set by the Practice.

*No weekend work required

*No overtime required under normal circumstances

*No home visits required

*Start date October 2018

*Statutory sick, statutory maternity/paternity benefits


*Both private and NHS caseload.

*Assessment = 45 - 1 hour minute Follow-up = 30 minute

*Computerised practice, with internal email and computerised note-keeping.


*Must have good hand-on skills, manipulative and manual therapy skills essential

*Proven post-graduate training. Committed to CPD.

*Must be Charted and State-registered

*Settled, committed, energetic and cheerful


*In-service training provided.

*Comply with CSP and HCPC regulations on CPD (25 hours CPD per year). The Practice expects that in excess of 25 hours per annum will be completed.
