JustPhysio are currently working with a well established and expanding NHS and Private Musculo-skeletal healthcare company to work in a clinical and triage role.
This role requires the advanced assessment and treatment of patients within the community outpatients setting who may have complex and/or chronic presentation, and to determine clinical diagnosis and physiotherapy treatment indicated, and to maintain records as an autonomous practitioner.
Will lead and co-ordinate care for patients presenting with MSK conditions and provide and advise on a range of treatment options.
Working independently, but alongside GP colleagues within a GP clinic community setting, acting as a first point of contact for patients and will lead patient care management, to include assessment, treatment and onward referral for diagnostic or secondary care services as required.

To effectively manage triage service and assess, treat, refer on as appropriate within the triage service.

*To be professional and legally responsible and accountable for all aspects of your own work including the management of patients in your care. To ensure a high standard of clinical care for the patients under your management.
*To interpret and analyse clinical and non-clinical facts to form accurate diagnosis and prognoses in a wide range of highly complex conditions, to recommend the best course of intervention, and to develop comprehensive discharge plans.
*To represent Premier externally (locally, regionally and nationally) regarding physiotherapy service provided to patients.
*To undertake the comprehensive assessment of patients, including those with a complex presentation, using investigative and analytical skills, and to formulate individualised management and treatment plans, using clinical reasoning, and utilising a wide range or treatment skills and options to formulate a specialised programme of care including referral on for secondary care.
*To accept clinical responsibility for a designated caseload of patients, and to organise this effectively and efficiently with regard to clinical priorities and use of time.
*To demonstrate highly developed dexterity, coordination and palpatory senses for assessment and manual treatment of patients.
*To provide spontaneous and planned advice, teaching and instruction to patient's relatives and carers, to promote understanding of the aims of Premier and MSK physiotherapy.
*To provide advice to other physiotherapy colleagues and GP's
*To provide specialist advice, teaching and training to other members of the MDT as required.
