The Physiotherapy UK conference will be taking place at the International Convention Centre in Birmingham on October 19th and 20th - and JustPhysio will be there.
Physiotherapists looking for a career move may be very keen to attend the conference, do some networking and lean about career development opportunities. This will include the exhibition in Hall 3, as well as interaction with their peers and senior figures from the Chartered Society of Physiotherapists (CSP).
JustPhysio will be in the exhibition at stand number 47A, ready to offer information on all the latest roles and provide exciting opportunities for career advancement.
The event will be particularly important for the CSP, as it includes the organisation's Annual General Meeting for 2018, which will take place at 12:30 on October 20th.
However, the conference as a whole is open to members of other physiotherapy groups and non-members.
The event will be an important one for furthering knowledge in the profession, with the programme featuring dozens of invited speakers presenting numerous peer-reviewed studies. They will cover a range of medical and professional issues.
In particular, they will focus on musculoskeletal issues, rehab matters, primary care and workforce transformation and the improvement and transformation of the CSP.
The opening session will begin at 09:00 on the 19th with the Founders' lecture, while the main programme of speakers will commence at 11:00. However, the exhibition and poster viewing - including the chance to visit the JustPhysio stand - will be open from 08:30 and continue to 17:00.
On the 20th, Hall 3 will again be open from 08:30 and remain so until 15:30.
The conference website quoted one attendee last year who recommended coming to the event, saying: "Physiotherapy UK provides excellent learning and professional networking opportunities. It is great value for money and I would recommend it as THE conference to attend in 2018."
Attendees who find an exciting new job by coming to the JustPhysio stand may find they get even more value than they expected.
