Our client is looking for an experienced MSK Physiotherapist to join their growing team.
This role is suited to someone who is already confident in a private practice environment and is ready to take the next step in their careerwhether thats developing advanced clinical skills or moving towards leadership.
They are looking for someone who wants to invest their time, grow with the clinic, and be part of building something long-term.
About the Role-
- Youll be working in a busy private MSK clinic, managing your own caseload and delivering high-quality, patient-centred care.
- This is not a role where youll be micromanaged. Youll be expected to take ownership of your diary, your patients, and your outcomeswhile being part of a supportive team around you.
- Alongside your clinical work, youll contribute to the development of the clinic, support junior team members, and play a part in shaping how we continue to grow.
What Youll Be Doing
- Managing your own clinical diary with confidence and independence
- Assessing, diagnosing and treating a wide range of MSK conditions
- Supporting patients with clear plans back to activity, sport or function
- Working with sports-related injuries and active populations
- Contributing to clinic growth (patient experience, retention, reputation)
- Supporting and mentoring more junior members of the team
- Maintaining clear, professional clinical records
What they are looking for-
- Minimum 3 years experience in a private MSK setting
- Experience working with sports injuries / active populations
- Strong clinical reasoning and hands-on treatment skills
- Confident managing a full and varied caseload independently
- Someone who takes ownership and responsibility for their work
- A genuine interest in developing furtherclinically and/or into leadership
- A team player who is happy to contribute beyond just their own diary
- Someone looking for a long-term role, not short-term or locum work
Essential Requirements-
- Degree in Physiotherapy
- Current registration with the Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC)
- Membership of the Chartered Society of Physiotherapy (CSP) (preferred)
- Right to work in the UK
- Professional indemnity insurance
- Post graduate course and qualifications supporting your clinical pathway
