Our client in Cambridge is looking for a Physio Assistant to join their team, they will also consider you if you have a background in dentistry or possibly other areas.

Job Title: Ear Care Practitioner
Location: Cambridgeshire
Reports to: Practice Manager and Directors
Salary: 23,810- 25,000 plus commission

They are looking for a dedicated and compassionate Ear Care Practitioner for their well-established, independent Hearing Care practice based within the Cambridge area. As an Ear Care Practitioner, you will support clients with wax removal, hearing screenings, and ear health checks-ensuring they receive the most suitable care and advice for their hearing needs. This role is ideal for someone passionate about delivering exceptional client care and clinical excellence in ear health and hearing services.

The practice prides itself on offering a very professional service to their clients so are looking for someone who is well motivated, a keen team player, and has excellent customer service skills. They are happy to consider candidates who have worked in any of the healthcare sectors and feel they have the relevant and transferable experience.

Key Responsibilities:
* Conduct client consultations to a high professional and courteous standard
* Advise and guide clients on ear health and hearing care
* Ensure full compliance with of Professional Practice, and relevant protocols set by professional bodies (e.g., HCPC, BSA, BAA, BSHAA)
* Provide thorough aftercare and follow-up support
* Identify and respond to new opportunities to enhance clinic performance and client satisfaction
* Take client history and background information
* Perform minor hearing aid maintenance and repairs
* Work independently with strong self-motivation
* Support the wider team with additional duties as required

Skills required;
* Strong interpersonal skills with a professional and reassuring manner
* Strong team ethic with the ability to also work independently
* Excellent attention to detail and commitment to best practice
* Must complete and certify in wax removal treatment
* Clinical background desirable but not essential

Working hours;
Monday to Friday
9.00am to 5.30pm, very occasional Saturdays
