Candidate Screening

All our Temporary Physio candidates have the levels of skill, knowledge and initiative needed to work independently in a new placement and our stringent screening process ensures that only the highest calibre of staff represent JustPhysio.

We perform full document checking, verification and reference checks that meet the UK legal requirements set out in the NHS Framework Agreement for temporary medical staffing.

The following 'checks' are completed for every JustPhysio applicant:

• Full Employment History checked
• Qualifications obtained and verified at source
• Professional Registration (HPC) sighted, verified and re-checked online
• Identification verified
• Immigration Status confirmation
• Enhanced CRB disclosure obtained + Police checks from native country
• Health Screening / full immunisation history checks
• Detailed Candidate Feedback Reports
• Performance Monitoring

Feedback on our locums is crucial, so we provide appraisal forms, post placement for you to complete. Providing detailed evaluation of our locum Physio's work will ensure that our candidates perform to the best of their ability and more importantly, to your expectations.
