Theo (pictured left) has been a part of the JustPhysio team for over three years now and has progressed quickly over the years and is now up there competing with some of our more senior consultants. Theo has an amazing work ethic and always thrives to be the best which shows in his figures each week.
Before joining JustPhysio, Theo was an Executive Account Manager working for a trainer company, he loves his fashion and brings a bit of extra swag to the company – his fashion choices certainly brighten up the office.
We thought we would ask Theo a few questions to help you get to know a little more about him…
What do you enjoy most about working for JustPhysio? Every day is a new adventure here, there’s always something different going on which always keeps it interesting. The people I work with make it so much more enjoyable also, I have a great bromance with Stuart from JustOT (pictured right).
What is your career motivation? Money is my main motivation so I can provide a better future for my family, I want to be successful and also enjoy the satisfaction of helping candidates find their ideal placements.
What would you say is your strong point? My communication with both my clients and locums, finding out exactly what their goals are and helping them to achieve them.
What is your most memorable moment within your role? It’s hard to pick just one, the social life within the office is great, we have regular work nights out which are very memorable.
What has been your most challenging experience in your role? Coming to terms with the direct engagement models and the associated changes that takes away the human interaction between us and our candidates.
What do you like to do in your spare time? I would love to say something exciting like base jumping or swimming with sharks but I’m scared of heights and can’t swim so I stick to playing FIFA and watching boxsets.
